When are Zero Pressure Systems profitable?
Zero pressure systems are used, where goods have to be handled with care and
the transported goods should not tackle (e.g. wheel rims, painted goods).
The transport of heavy goods on normal build-up systems may cause a high
build-up pressure at the retrieval area, this means difficulties in retrieval
of goods. By using of zero pressure systems there is no build-up pressure and
the good can easily be taken out.
Goods with uneven surfaces may cause problems, when transported upon build-up
systems. In zero pressure systems all elements are driven, continuous
transport is secured.[e.g. Automotive-Industry, Frames and Frame Parts,
Deep-freeze goods].
