In order to get the highest degree of efficiency of Rollex conveyor Rollers, the following things have to be considered when you plan your conveyor systems:

Parallelism of the Shafts

Equal level of the rollers

Parallelism of the Roller Racks

Center to center distances of reloaded goods

No succession of Friction Roller with Gravity Roller

Surroundings(Dust, Wetness, Temperature, Acid, etc.)

Different friction in bearings (seals, grease)

Tolerance of Tubes(DIN)

Maximum roller length of Plastic tubes(Loading)

Maximum roller length of Steel tubes(Loading)

Bolt Tooth Form only for tangential drive
